Privacy Policy (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy defines how GLOBAL BROKERAGE SERVICES LTD (hereinafter referred to as the «Company», «we», «our») processes and protects users’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, only for predetermined purposes.

• First name, last name
• Contact details (e-mail, phone)
• Company and position (if provided)
• Messages sent through the feedback form
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies)
• Data obtained via analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

We process data on the basis of:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – with the consent of the data subject (when filling out a form or subscribing).
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual obligations.
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – for compliance with legal obligations.
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – for the Company’s legitimate interests (website improvement, fraud protection).

Purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and providing information
• Preparing commercial offers
• Performing contractual obligations
• Analyzing and improving website performance
• Marketing communications (only with consent)

We may transfer data to:

• Hosting and IT service providers
• Analytics services (Google Analytics with IP anonymization)

Data transfer outside the EU is only possible in compliance with GDPR requirements (Art. 44-50).

• Contract data – for 5 years (within accounting requirements)
• Cookies – from 1 day to 12 months (according to the Cookies Policy)
